The Creative Youth is a unique Program for newcomer Afghan high school students, who recently arrived in the United States.
The Program aims to provide a unique opportunity for Afghan youth to gather in a safe space to make art, explore creativity, make friends, process and explore feelings and emotions, and develop new social skills to help navigate their new environment. The youth participants learn: self-care, leadership, empowerment, community and social awareness, self expression through movement and more.
