Art exhibitions are vital in connecting artists to new eager audiences. ARTogether’s exhibitions work to bring together diverse and talented refugee, immigrant and BIPOC artists, showcasing their work, and creating a platform to highlight their voices in our community. Our goal is to help establish the artistic reputations of underheard artists, and encourage artists of all economic and cultural backgrounds to create and share their art.
Past exhibitions include ARTogether’s Reflections on Home exhibition, which showcased 18 female-identifying immigrant artists of color. (See the Forbes article featuring 6 of our artists here.) They also include our most recent exhibition, Overlap: Home, Immigration and Identity, the first virtual/physical hybrid art exhibition by ARTogether, which helped to promote artists impacted during the Covid-19 pandemic.
